Wise words! A few days ago I really really lost all my motivation and i decided I needed to stop pressuring myself as much, so I relaxed in my diet and working out so I could recover and it was really great! Yesterday and this morning I ate really badly😳 but I got in a good jog, great lifting session and some more core and leg workouts tonight! Ive got my motivation back! Oh and also!!!! I'm starting to get abs on my upper stomach, like i can actually start seeing them! All my hard work and dieting is paying off, and it will for you tooo!!!!! 😄😄😄😄😄#motivation #muscle #food #fitspo #fitness #fitsporation #dedication #inspiration #protein #lift #weights #water #workingout #motivated #abs

I gotta keep this in mind... All the pain in going through(mentally, during workouts, and the sore achy muscles afterwards) is totally worth it and pays off! Going on to say the pain you go through when you feel like you NEED that piece of red velvet cake but you DO NOT NEED it! You need to fuel your body with healthy foods that will help you reach your goals! Now don't get me wrong, having a cheat is okay sometimes but not often! Haha I feel like I'm drifting away from the main point. The point is that I am really sore and in pain and fighting my mind everyday against what I want to do and what I should do and doing the right thing pays off and so does the soreness so suffer through the pain! Haha 💪

This is exactly how I'm feeling right now! I've got the mind set of "that ice cream won't mean anything to you in two months" and the "you'll be thankful you worked hard and pushed yourself in a couple months" mode haha I went for a 1.8 mile run today(I usually try to do around 3.5-4) and then lifted weights (squats) And then I showered, got into bed and realized I hadn't done me Ab workout! And I really didn't wanna get out of bed because I'm so tired but I said get over it, you'll be happy you did and I am! Im sooo happy I fought my mind and my tiredness and did that ab workout because it's worth it! I hope I can inspire you guys to get out of bed or off the coach away from the TV and workout because every little workout you do gets you closer to your goal😊💪🍉 how is everyone else doing? PLEASE TELL ME!!! A kid from my school was killed tonight in a car accident, I live in a small town and go to a school with around 750 kids. This is the second death of a high schooler our community has had to suffer through this year. Please pray for the friends, family, and our school with his terrible loss, our school can't take any more of this. Today was his last day of highschool... He was to graduate this Saturday and go to a great college... Funny how quickly things can change. LIVE IS SHORT. I know it's cheesy but it's the truth... I still can't believe it, I'm in shock... Rest In Peace Andrew❤ please pray for our community and high school. Words of love would be greatly appreciated.

You know that quote "the hardest part is putting on your shoes and going" or whatever it is? It's completely true! I wanted to run today but I really didn't want to put in the effort, and then I just did it and went and it was great! Ive been running lots and lots of uphills exploring the trails and mountains and hills around my house! It's awesome seeing results too, I can see my quads getting bigger and my abs coming through! Im also getting soooo fast on the soccer field! Sorry for the rant I'm just do stoked on life! 💪

Hahaah yeah... Anyways the last couple days and today especially my diet hasn't been very healthy, I've been eating lots of sugars, carbs, and extra large portions! But tomorrow is the start of a new week!!!! How is everyone else doing? Talk to me!!!!
