Saturday night skwaaaats. Felt like trash during these due to lack of eating today but still got the work done. Last set of 410x4x4 @8-8.5. Went super light on my front squats to compensate and just worked on bracing and keeping minimizing hip shoot. I feel like I did a good job with that, as that is what held me back in the past (that and depth which won’t be an issue anymore). Who would have known that my squat would finally start to pick up if I just squatted to depth in the first place??? πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜’ @theironasylum

Had a 3x3 @6 and after doing my first sets with 455/475 I figured I go for a baby PR. I remembered @its_blasian tripled 515 so I wanted to see if I could out pull him tbh πŸ˜‚. Pulled 525x2.9484949 before my hook gave 🀣🀣🀣. PR dubby doe, 2nd day of hook grip still have time to master it πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ BW: 179

What better way to practice hook grip than on the day you have to pull a single @8? I missed how strong I felt with it but don't miss the pain. Think I did i8 today πŸ˜… S/o to @timthebodeau for da video with the tips from @themuscularnerd ! Really helped A LOT. Now I feel cool like @supersaiyanstrong & @darnballs

Squats always pick up during the middle/end of the week. 445x1x4 @9 (PR) followed by 405x3x4 @8.5. Did snatch grip RDL's which were pretty athletic. Workout powered by the @charleysphillysteaks & fries that @livinglikelanni bought me 😍

Yuuuuge training day today. Woke up at 182 and hit a PR on #skwaats 425x4x5 @9.5 (last set shown) then followed that up with easy deads 465x4x3 @7. Thanks gym fam for motivating me to get it done. @chrismaglandscapes @snyderstrongllc @chyzzfrahs @bodybygeorge

Issa good day: Last pause squat and deadlift single on this block. 430 3x1 @8 PR and then 525 @8 followed up by 445 for a some volume. Bw sitting at a nice 184.
