The 2 shirts I designed for @gotthemusical are selling like hot cakes. I do enjoy seeing how excited this woman was and how this kid couldn't contain himself after, "getting" my Khal Drogo shirt! #gotthemusical #gotrocksnyc #tribalpaint #gameofthronesmusical #gameofthrones

Going to a movie, a concert or a play used to be something that would be an escape for a lot of people. A way to leave at the door whatever you may have been going through to enjoy a different slice of life for a few hours.
This was an experience that EVERYONE involved could share in at safe environment no matter what side of the curtain/screen you found yourself on. It's universal. It doesn't know language, religion, race-- it just knows the heart, brain and soul.

I wake up today for our first rehearsal of a show I've been blessed to be a part of in the city we dream to perform in. I'm surrounded by people I've literally shed blood, sweat and tears with. We're buzzing to get up there and perform for people and provide or find that escape.
While our collective vulnerabilities are sadly added to, we will continue to get up there and do what we do--as will you all.

We'll forge a stronger bond as result and know one day we'll return to a place where buying the ticket, finding a sitter or a that good seat is the toughest part of this all.
