Post workout meal on point. Protein and clean carbs. 3 eggs with 3oz. applewood smoked sockeye salmon. #ezekielbread toasted with grass fed butter.
Hey, I have a great idea.... Let's work an 18 hour overnight shift, come home, sleep for 1 1/2 hour and then do a #Bootcamp session with this knucklehead @cibfitness And you know what would make it perfect? Go straight back to work for another 18. #jerk
