She may be tiny, but she's definitely mighty! Charlotte wanted to show off her mini muscles with mama πŸ’ͺ🏼
My forever #MCM! This photo warms my heart and makes me smile big every time I look at it. Life has been one colorful adventure to say the least, but there's no one else I'd rather go through it all than with you. For you a thousand times over, Calvy! .

P.S. What was so funny? Liam legit dumped an armful of confetti directly on Cal's eyes πŸ˜‚ Kids, gotta love 'em!
In love with my new tattoo in honor of my dad. As you all know, I'm a big Disney fan. Many don't understand why or what's the big deal, but there actually is a very personal reason. When my dad suffered from an aneurysm in 1999, I felt my world crash. He miraculously survived, but he was never the same. The right side of his body was paralyzed and he could barely talk. I missed hearing his voice, so I turned to our home videos and photos. There I found many memories of our trips to Disneyland. I would watch them and would hold on to those memories. The picture you see here was from the last trip we took before he had his stroke later that year. Ever since then, I had this connection with Disney that brought me to a happy place when I felt at my absolute lowest. Walt Disney once said, "I only hope that we don't lose sight of one thing, that it was all started by a mouse". Well, for me, my love for Disney was all started with my dad and the happy memories we shared. The best part of my tattoo is having a little piece of my dad with me always, his signature ❀️ Also special thank you to my wonderful friend @mel_ortega_ at Soul Imagez Tattoo in San Jose! She did an absolutely amazing job and I was in tears at how perfect it was. Mel, you have no idea how much this means to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Celebrated Caiden's belated birthday! Can't go wrong with cousins and cake. We also had some twinning going on with Liam and Landon.
We had a super sweet time at the Museum of Ice Cream yesterday!

It's that time of the week, #transformationtuesday! This time we have a mama and baby edition. The picture on the left was in May 2016 and I was 3 months postpartum. The picture on the right is from this past weekend and I'm now 19 months post partum. I'm so proud of myself for losing the baby weight and getting back down to pre-baby #1 size! Not only that, I have more energy and can keep up with my kids. I don't get as winded carrying my almost 40 lb toddler. Plus, look how much my baby has grown! She went from itty bitty squishy to my little big girl 😍
Surprised the kids with a trip to The Big Bounce America!
After over 11 years, the one thing we've learned for a strong relationship, is to never stop having fun with each other. We're not perfect. We have our ups and our downs, and I mean way down, but the one advice I would give to everyone is to make time for yourselves and have fun! Be kids again and just have a good time with each other because at the end of the day, your partner is all you got and it's important to keep the love alive.

You guys, total non scale victory today! I was looking for some jeans to wear and while rummaging through my disorganized closet, I found these jeans and decided "oh what the hell" and tried them on thinking it wouldn't make it past my thighs which has been the case for years. I got it past my thighs and thought, "oh that's new. But eh, it ain't going to button." πŸ˜πŸ˜±πŸ˜„πŸ˜ <--that is what happened after I buttoned it. I haven't fit these jeans since before I got pregnant with Liam. That's about 5 years ago. Not only that, but I've got room to spare! It's little moments like this that help give me that boost of motivation to keep working hard.

#transformationtuesday πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 The picture on the left was the very start of my fitness journey about a year and a half postpartum with Liam and the picture on the right was yesterday after my workout. It's about a little over 2 years in between the photos and another baby. It took a lot of hard work, discipline, support from my coaches and husband, and commitment to get to where I am today. But I will also be honest and say there are days I chose to eat the junk food, to skip my workout to spend more time with my family, and some days my body doesn't always look that fit depending on what I ate or that time of the month. But the important thing to remember is it's ok to have those days and you just get back to it the following day. Mom life is tough and it's hard to find time to workout, meal prep, or find quick healthy food options but I can tell you that it's possible! You just have to find what works for you and run with it πŸ’ͺ🏼

Proud mom moment: After treating Grandma and Uncle Troy to their birthday lunch, Liam and Grandma were the last ones to leave the table. All on his own, Liam came around towards Grandma and reached for her hand to help her out and then proceeded to ask for her handbag. Grandma told him it was heavy but he was determined to carry it on his own to help her. I later asked him why he did it and he said "because grandma needed help and I'm strong. It's what you do for family and people you love". I'm tearing up as I write this because I could not be prouder of my son. I am the luckiest mom alive to have such an incredibly compassionate and caring little guy. All I want for my children is for them to grow up to be happy, healthy, well mannered people who treat everyone with love and respect. I think so far, so good ❀️
