Lack of a studio takes me back to days of working on a desk with tons of paper. I'll start showing you what I've been working on in due time. Until then enjoy this short clip of my current space. #drawing #painting #mixedmedia #abstractexpressionism #abstractart

Inspired by a story my girlfriend wrote. I rarely work this way, it's slightly stressful for me, but I guess that's theater pushing feels like.

Don't rely on your imagination too much.

Still a work in progress, but this is after the initial edit. #newprocess #digitalart #mixedmedia
A digital piece displayed in a digital room. Just wanted to see what it could look like.

I'm currently in the portion of my life that I'm dedicating to traveling. This means I have a limited work space. I am in Boston for the next three months and this will be the place I make all the tiny magical things that fill your day with an absolutely minute piece of joy. -H #painting #workplace #studio

You only see about 20% of what I make. The rest of it is pretty much garbage. Destined to sit in garbage bags in the shed at my parents house. It in books tucked away in tote boxes in my car. The sad life of one of my failed works is often disheartening. But there is value enough to keep it stored away. Away for a day when it might be looked at again fondly, with nostalgic eyes. But onward we go.
