Two PRs. 275 for triples and then 285 for a double and a single. I remember when I joined this gym in February I was just lifting over 200 on squats and deadlifts. Upper body day. Attempted to go up in weight for both overhead press and bench. Both ultimately were fails. Attempted 165 for the first time on bench and had to be bailed out by one of the trainers at the gym. Last time I did all four lifts for the competition on the same day compared to the run through I just did today. 30 second sets. Breaking things down day by day and fitting in more accessory workouts each day is definitely working.
