FRIDAY NIGHT MEATBALLS is back!

After some incidental brain surgery, and now that we have a pause in home renovation, we're restarting Friday Night Meatballs just in time for the fall pasta season!

Our first date this fall will be Saturday, 23 September (yeah it's not a Friday but it works for us) at about 6pm. Other dates will be announced.

If you're reading this and you'd like to come for dinner in White Hall, MD, send me a note (FB Messenger or ping me here) and let us know. We're serving pasta, meatballs, bread, and usually something nice for dessert. You need bring nothing but yourself, a loved one if you're so inclined, and any kids that may follow in your wake. We'll supply everything else, including friends you know, and new, interesting, wonderful friends you never knew you had.

Our only limitation is space so we will cut each night off at 10 adults and some assortment of kids under 18. Tell us if you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or dairy free so we can plan for that. And if you really want to bring something, we'll never object to a salad, side, or wine.

Good food, great people and the best of times will ensue.

Chicken piccata over tomato-basil pasta is #whatsfordinner. So easy it feels like cheating. #homecooking

Resist tyrants, always. Happy Independence Day!
Iceberg wedge salad is #whatsfordinner since we'll be stuffing our faces for the rest of the weekend. Includes bacon and Parmesan but using yogurt Caesar dressing offsets that, right?
More evidence that I'm at the greatest workplace and have the best colleagues. Slightly belated birthday chocolate doughnuts with triple maple glaze and candied bacon. All sorts of thanks to @lelcath for these and so much more!
Our slightly non-traditional dinner. Happy Easter everyone!
Hanger steak (marinade, sous vide, finished on the grill), garlic-Parmesan roasted broccoli, and roasted red potatoes are #whatsfordinner #homecooking #nomnom
Sous vide pork loin chop is #whatsfordinner. Served over caramelized carrots, sour cream and my take on romesco, with some added chiles and asiago. #homecooking #nomnom
Perfection. Sous vide Asian skirt steak, local (frozen in the fall) corn and roasted pepper gratin is #whatsfordinner #foodporn
