Fresh organic garlic is a common ingredient at our place. For those of us not on a #lowfodmap diet it is a great flavour addition to savoury cooking. However I often use dried granulated garlic particularly in raw recipes like pesto. The flavour is great without the harshness of raw garlic.

Leafy greens are absolutely essential for optimal health... you can see how delicious these beauties are going to taste and don't waste the stalks! Slice them up finely and sauté along with your onions and garlic.

Dinner looks a total mess but was totally delicious! Featuring... fennel, red cabbage and carrot coleslaw with parsley, mint, pea & cashew pesto on spelt Fettuccine and a veggie sausage (for good measure). Mamma was hungry!!!

If you are looking for alternative to potato chips try roasting wedges of sweet potato and beetroot. Roast them with a little evoo and a good dash of water. The water stops them sticking, allows you to reduce the amount of oil and speeds up the cooking process. Serve them with a delicious blend of #vegenaise and Harissa.
