Happy Friday from one gorgeous motherfucker to the next
I remember when I used to pray for a girl with a good heart and a good head on her shoulders . A girl with ambition and a good sense of humor. A girl that can go out but also likes to stay in and play videos as much as I do... She might not like video games QUITE as much as me but I found all of that and so much more with her and for that I'm blessed #thankyouuniverse

Messin around with the new equipment at the YMCA. Showed some good warm ups, scapular flexion and exterior rotation of the rotator cuff assembly. My bench was pretty weak today and Im not sure why. If you have any input please don't hold back

Some posterior work . That last deadlift is probably going to haunt me for 3 weeks until I get it. 😂 Either way Im not too mad about it. Im down weight ( under 145) and cutting a couple things out of my diet . I'm only mad I gave up so easy

The fitness community lost a goat today. Rich Piana was a very unorthodox kind of bodybuilder but aside from all of his accomplishments he was a great man. He always spoke of the dangers of steroids and how one has to choose to take them even considering the side effects. He wanted 40 inch arms and he did what he had to do try get them. Id like to think he died happy. "Find what you love and let it kill you " R. I. P. Rich fly high your 5%ers love you and we'll carry on your legacy

Some more proprioception stuff cause if I don't put it on your TL who will?
I need to stop waiting til the end of my workout to record but you get the picture. Give it a try. Worst thing that can happen is people will look at you weird . ⭕💢Benefits of Proprioception :💢⭕
1) Strengthens stabilizers
2) More force production (making for more efficient movements)
3) Joint mobility and Injury prevention

Couple clips from my back day the other day. Speed work with deads and my burn out superset at the end. I've been incorporating 2 back days a week in my program. 1 light back day earlier in the week before I bench then a day where I work the whole posterior chain. Im really loving the results.
