I’ve had the privilege of spending two days working with 10-15 year olds developing a #medialiteracy action plan. This plan is being presented to our federal politicians in the hope that they devote time, energy and resources to improving what and how young people create and consume news. Couldn’t think of a better way to spend #universalchildrensday This is Diya @oldparliamenthouse podcaster interviewing Solli, the National Poetry Slam champion (beating all the adults). The world’s in very good hands. #MediaMe Well done @crinklingnews

Flying solo is one my top 3 least desirable activities. And there’s no one beside me to hold on to.

This is all I have on my desk right now to celebrate the #yes vote. Looking forward to our elected representatives finally taking responsibility and bringing about real change. No more ducking and weaving, change the law now. #loveislove 🌈

This year has been really intense for a lot of reasons and it has felt like our Canberra winter would never end. Cutting these first roses of the season makes me deeply happy, the scent is a showstopper too. Happy Sunday. X

Proving that lolly jokes about an elephant walking into a bar are universal. Thanks for putting up with my onslaught of holiday pics. X❤️

Loved this place in the Bastille, Aux Deux Amis. They played the entire Portishead album Dummy and sang along with some pretty creative Franglaise lyrics.

It’s one of the first things that tells me I’ve arrived at my parents in law’s house, when I open the fridge door and the smell of cheese hits me like a punch in the face. Each meal ends like this at their place although it’s a bit of an off night, the cheese platter is a couple of roqueforts down and the small people have made off with the baguette. At this point I fall into a complete cheese coma and go to bed but have really amped frommage-infused dreams. In one I met Simone de Beauvoir at a racetrack and we went dancing with some clowns. Weird. 🥖🧀

59 Rivoli is a former squat a couple of blocks down from the Louvre. It’s now an artists’ collective that you can visit. It’s definitely worth it.
