What you do when it’s the first snow of the season, watch it swirl and fall all day long and make Manhattans of course. But later in the day, not at 10am.

Signing in from the largest Mosque in the US where the almost all female line are INCREDIBLE COOKS! As good as any place I’ve been to in Beirut, Dubai or Eastern Europe. #onassignment

Last but not least, meet @pennydelossantos . Penny is a food and travel photographer based in New York City. Penny is the kind of photographer you hire when you want to elevate your food brand. Not only does the food look delicious, but her images remind you why cooking is an art form. In every image, Penny passionately brings her subjects to life through her composition, styling and lighting. She is a master at opening your eyes to the beauty of food. For our 4th year doing Marketing together, we introduced video to her epromos. It's incredibly rewarding to see a talented artist bring all their skills together in one on brand marketing campaign.
In this month's Eating Well Magazine where I figured out how to light jars and not get reflections. This photography world keeps me constantly learning. I've honestly never had a chance to just sit back and enjoy, you can't. Keep those feet moving out there.

The blue agave pina after it's been cooked in a big oven for hours. The factory workers get this treat once the ovens are opened. It's a fibrous, sweet bite. This is what's pressed to make the juice which after fermentation and time become tequila. Amen.
First time in my entire career someone has given me a camera strap, and not just any strap, but a handmade one with my family name on it. Now everyone knows they are dealing with the kindness and goodness of many saints (De Los Santos) when they step in front of my camera. I wear it with pride as I head out to photograph the agave harvest in Jalisco Mexico. Thanks Dre. #tequilacazadores #patrontequila #heraduratequila

Calling all fruitarians and Ecuadorians-note this mammoth fruit I shot in Ecuador. My fixer called it Pitaya but I'm not 100% that this is in fact Pitaya. Help me inter-web friends - name that fruit.... (bring on the puns)
