He rules the world, with Truth & Grace! Let earth receive her King! Merry CHRISTmas!
For those who have been going through what feels like endless trials and challenges and have lost the hope in God and His goodness: God can restore what you once had, and at times He gives you more than you pray for. So continue to walk strong and continue to pray for courage. He will take care of your troubles. God is good. God will handle the darkness. My restored marriage is a testament of His awesomeness. He heard my cries. He said everything was gonna be okay. He held my hand. And then He joined it once again with my partner for life. Whatever trial you're going through, keep praying, praying, praying... For strength, for courage, for peace, for light.
God is just, He is perfect, and He is the Almighty, He knows if you're being honest and truthful even if you don't say a single word. Choose to stay away from gossip (lies of the enemy, satan) and keep yourself in the light of the truth (God's truth).

Praise the Lord for all who heard God speak to them on my recent post (and my husband's). Thank you to everyone who took the time to say a few nice, meaningful thoughts, and for sending me personal email messages. Most especially to those who messaged me personally about how it touched their hearts and how it has given them hope with troubles in their own marriage. Many times we post about the good times and memories and only show others what we WANT them to see or think about us... The fun, the smiles.. and hide the pain and the struggles... But in reality our private lives in our homes and behind closed doors is contrary to what is really happening. The truth will always be stronger and superior (prevail) to false lives. Know that my hope and prayers are with you... For peace, comfort, and for the light of Christ to be placed in the hearts of the spouse who is in darkness. Amen. "Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
(‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:1, 9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)
After a looong 18 months of prayer I finally saw what I was missing out on. That was when I turned away from my old ways (addictions, mistreating others, having little to zero compassion, and listening to lies of the enemy... satan). I finally chose to get uncomfortable and give up a sinful lifestyle (repent) and listen to what God was speaking to me about. On Valentine's Day of 2015 I chose to live for God and prayed for obedience to please Him instead of man. God saved my marriage when He removed my blind eyes and gave me a much better pair - He gave me spiritual eyes (Psalms 146:8). He showed me the truth and it was like He handed me a shovel to bury all the lies and poor choices the enemy has been telling me to say and do. I decided (WE BOTH DECIDED to place God smack at the center of our marriage). That's when I finally saw the many blessings given to my marriage over the last 10 years - A husband who is patient, caring, kind, supportive, encouraging, funny, and full of love!! A husband who has been given the gifts of ministry and mercy.
Justin, 10 years ago on our wedding day I called you "HUSBAND" for the first time, and since then I've discovered that word means much more than I first imagined.
It means "FRIEND" (Song of Solomon 5:16) because you are the best one I have. It means "PARTNER" because we share life's journey together. It means "BLESSING" because you are one of the greatest gifts God has ever given me.
The more years go by, the more it means to call you "HUSBAND". Because the longer we are together the more I discover all you are to me.
I love you my Husband. Happy 10th anniversary!!!
A little message of encouragement in case you're on the fence thinking too long and too hard whether you should workout today or not. I know every now and then I need this flowchart posted on my bathroom mirror! 7/14/15 BURN 6:45pm at Unified. Great energy as usual! Thanks again, Ian!
Thank you my husband for all the time and work it took you to collect 5 cups worth 🌴.
Nothing beats freshly picked coconut water. It was perfectly sweet 👌🏻. Instead of farm to table it's yard to table :-D
I remember when I was an addict of fitness... working out two times a day, most days of the week. I've learned a lot since then and have come to realize that the focus on my physical body is not as important as I had once thought. It is of little worth and refers only to this temporary life.

Just as it says in 1 Timothy 4:8 "For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come." It doesn't mean that bodily exercise isn't important. When the apostle Paul wrote it he was making a comparative statement to show that spiritual exercise is much more important. Physical exercise is only beneficial in this life, but spiritual exercise will help us in the world to come as well as in this life.

Muscles cannot be built instantly; there has to be training over a period of time. Likewise, godliness doesn't come instantly. Many people wait until they are already in trouble to try to flex their spiritual muscles. That's like a couch potato waiting until the day of the race to train for a marathon. That won't work.

Consistency is one of the most important factors in physical conditioning. You can't put a week's worth of training into one day. Likewise, you can't serve God in spurts and succeed. There needs to be consistent spiritual exercise. One day a week won't cut it. (awmi.net)

Thank you, Lord for speaking to me every day about the importance of spiritual fitness. Amen.
Happy 8th birthday to you, Jeremy!! May the Lord continue to guide you. We love you very much!
Enjoying a nice, healthy lunch with my husband at home. Couscous salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, organic garbanzo beans, olives, organic herbs and lettuce, dressed in a light olive oil homemade dressing. It's been my favorite healthy dish to make for years because it's quick, light, easy, nutritious and delicious. Yum!
Thank you, Lord for opening new doors! Thanks for another great set-up @unifiedguam !
Moderation is what I choose to live by when it comes to the "fun foods" 😉. Choose to turn down the donut and satisfy your sweet tooth with something healthy instead 🍓🍌🌾- Something between ice cream and a smoothie. Enjoying an Acai bowl for dessert with my husband @justin_castro 😘.

When it comes to learning about what it truly takes to be successful, Tony Robbins never lets me down. He's one of my earliest mentors and still remains at the top of my Most-Empowered-and-Positive-People-List. Thank you God for placing all the awesome people in my life that lead me to Tony Robbins' excellent teachings!
Can you tell I'm from Guam? Lol! Thanks for a great dinner tonight @____leticia @tcastrompl @justin_castro
