Finished this nice large dendritic opal cabochon earlier today. Looking to set it into a pendant soon if anyone is interested. ❄❄❄⛇⛇⛇❄❄❄

Hope everyone is having a great start to the new year! I've been busy slabbing away on some new finds and high end material for the past few days. Will finally be having my postponed slab sale over at @graveyardslabs at 6pm PST tonight. Expect to see some high end jaspers and of course some of the funky graveyard point area agates I have been finding for the last 4 or 5 years. This is a recent find, amazing patterns in jasper/agate. Thanks for looking!

Loving these matching agate bookends I scored the other day at a thrift shop. Awesome druzy quartz botryoidal sections in the center with some other black mineral spotted throughout. Amazing agate colors, and they dont seem to be dyed (very common). 💚

Fresh oil in the saw, nice to cut into some of the newly dug material. 😍 This is the agate shown one post back in rough form. I didn't notice the blue agate base color that looks lavender purplish in lower light conditions. Slabs will be available soon over at @graveyardslabs this upcoming week. Thanks all!

Great time solo digging all day today in the Owyhee Mountains! Came across this new green plume seam, only took 10 minutes of smashing with my lightweight rock hammer to get the job done. 😫 Needless to say my arms are toast. Check my feed out for more photos from today. ✌

Fun little pendant finished up recently, nice turquoise that I cut with metallics (silver?) all through it. Gifted to a friend, because friends are great. 😊

New pendant just finished up! I love how these two stones compliment each other. The large stone is from the deposit of blackish purple agate that I found a few years ago and the top stone is a watermelon tourmaline. Nice to get back on the bench! 🔨

Been slabbing all kinds of goodies recently, this is the new Linda Marie Plume variety that is mined in close proximity to the old claim. Expensive stuff but well worth it. Have a great weekend all! ✌

Was a little unsure of how nice my new discovery plume agate really is, now I have a better idea. 😍😍😍
I found this stuff a month or so ago in the Owyhee Mountains of Eastern Oregon. A lot of the best stuff was on the surface so I can only hope there's a nice big seam down there somewhere! ⛏

Here's some freshness...just finished up these 'illusion' sunstones from Tanzania. These are similar to the newer find 'rainbow lattice' sunstones from Australia but have more of a confetti type look to them. Backed with black basenite to make em dazzle. 🌈⚡🌈

New agate cabs I was working on today! Just need a final polish. 💎💎💎
The first two are a new red plume agate that I found in the Owyhee Mountains... the final 3 are a unique spotted plume that I find occasionally at Graveyard Point.

Sagenite in agate pseudomorph. Cool to see the banding of the blueish agate forming around the sagenite sprays. Found on a recent trip in the owyhee mountains, Eastern Oregon.

Unbelievable few days solo rockhounding! Came across a new red plume agate deposit one day and got into some sagenite pseudomorph agate (pictured) the next. Can't believe my luck, managed to hike out maybe 200lbs of the plume. Can't wait to get cutting!
