Made with glacier water from melting ice-caps and flavoured with arctic cloudberries, this is a beer with a conscience. Brewed in response to the US withdrawal from the Paris agreement, BrewDog are donating all proceeds to 10:10 Climate Action.

Drinking dry with a warming body, you can expect flavours of spiced orange, nutmeg and clove and a hint of sour raspberry to balance it all out.

We had a blast helping launch @akashabrew’s 2018 release of their Korben D IIPA at our Double Down party last night.

While it’s unlikely the keg will last through the weekend, we’ve stocked up on a few cases of phresh af tins - just to be absolutely sure that no one misses out on this superb Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial Imperial hop bomb.

We’re getting philosophical with our latest Rare Phew bottle share. The wax will be cracked on these three Imperial Stouts from @deschutesbeer, and we’ll be pouring them while dropping out-of-context Nietzschean quotes on Thursday, March 1 at 7pm.

5 tickets are available to buy right now from us at the bar. You won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to try the legendary 2014 and 2015 editions of these liquorice and molasses, oak bourbon barrel aged beasts - with a 2015 super rare Rye Whisky barrel aged bottle chucked in to the mix.
.
We are determined to make you really contemplate and appreciate the deep and dark complexities of The Abyss.

We’re pretty excited to be tapping five beers from San Francisco’s phenomenal @almanacbeer this Saturday, Feb 10.

But if you can’t make it down for that event, don’t be sour. Dab that disappointment away and enjoy one of our 12 Almanac beers on our bottle list.

Or even head to our sister-bar, @creekandcella in Leichhardt for their sour beer event Friday, February 9. We’ve heard a rumour they’ll have some Almanac in their fridges too.

We’re bringing a taste of Sydney’s Northern Beaches to the hustle of Oxford Street.

Fresh af tins from @modusoperandibrewing are now available on the hallowed Bitter Phew bottle list.

Their Sonic Prayer IPA is our recommendation for this summery Sunday arvo. Packed with a load of New World hops, you can expect a refreshingly bitter bevvy with flavours of passionfruit and pine.

First things first, it’s the realest.

@littlebangbrewing’s ‘Fancy’ Farmhouse Ale, co-fermented with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes will have you reconsidering your career in the Murda Bizness and dropping down to Bitter Phew to taste this gold.

But it’s not actually gold. This bad bitch pours a classy purple and tastes fresh af.

People will be talking about this beer all the way from LA to Tokyo. So, make sure you try a bottle before we blow through all our stock.
