I’ve joked about there only being two crosswalks between my office and the #gym, but I wasn’t kidding. It’s one of those distances that you can’t make excuses for, and you feel pretty crappy NOT going 😂
At the end of the day, I’m glad I had this membership forced upon me (yay being a full time student on top of my full time job and mandatory fees!). I’m making this $$ worthwhile!

6000m on the #erg, slow and steady. Then 4.5 miles on the bike, by accident. Thanks #jurassicworld for the distraction 🤷🏽‍♀️ #mansports #manpersonalbest #rodeo #barrelracerland #ropelikeagirl

Today was a struggle. I haven’t seen too many posts that talk about it aside from how “glamorous” #fitlife is, but holy shit today sucked.
My goal was another 5000m rowing, and at 2500 I hit a wall. A massive, horrible, wall. My body is tired. I ate before going to the gym and that made it worse. I had to dig DEEP to make 3000, and basically cussed the entire time to 3500. Instead of enjoying it, I realized that I was doing it wrong, using incorrect muscles and just plain bad technique.

I decided to give myself a break and just hit the bike instead.

My day off from work means it’s time to ramp it up at home! #CowgirlCardio is done for the day! #Horses hauled and ridden, #hay moved, pallets #hoisted.
