My running toy has arrived. Decided that I need to 'enjoy' more of my running rather than always 'training'. So I've set my challenge of at least one trail run a week- even if it's in the dark.

Trail Therapy: keeping the black dog from the door.
Recent weeks I've consumed myself with looking after others and neglected myself. It's caused unraveling of the mental kind. Needed rest, family and thinking space.
Need to look after no.1 sometimes.
