I’m not a burrito person, but I Love this breakfast burrito! The warm, soft tortilla wrap around fluffy scrambled eggs alongside the crispy hash browns with steak that has marinated in this amazing sauce! It also comes with fresh salsa. Most importantly, big portion. 😝 How is it real? I think Rose's might make the most excellent burritos of all time. Oh! Btw, their fresh squeezed OJ is pretty good too!

Crepes have a reputation for being complicated to make, but actually, if you can scramble an egg, then you can make homemade crepes. It takes a little practice at first, but once you get the hang of handling the batter, you should be able to turn them out with ease. 👌 That said, I’m still practicing. Someday I’ll make the ultimate crepes.

Because Womo loves crepes, I make crepes. 👩‍🍳 #bestwifeever
Crepes are easy to make and here is how I made mine:
Mix {two cups of milk, three eggs 🥚 (room temperature), 5 tbs melted butter (cooldown, so it’s not so hot) , 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, 4 1/4 cups of whole purpose flour} in the blender. (Add vanilla extract if desired). Use nonstick pan over medium-high heat, spread a very thin layer of butter. Pour two tablespoons of batter into the pan and quickly tipping and rotating the pan to spread the batter out as thinly as possible to a round shape. Let the crepes cook until it’s ready to turn (when you can’t see any wet batter on the surface or when the edge is slightly brown)(about 2 minutes).
Flip it, and it will only need another 30 seconds for the other side. You can turn off the oven and start adding whatever you’d like into the crepes. I put mozzarella cheese, black pepper, spinach, chicken breast and pesto sauce ❤️this morning I also added avocados! So feel free to be creative and make your signature crepes!

Made this pork knuckles noodles for dinner: braised pork knuckles + sesame oil mix with long life noodles + poached egg + steam bok choy 💕 Taiwanese eats this dish when they have bad luck, or something bad just happened to them 😝 I made it only because I was craving it.

You did great. Thank you 2017. (it's so interesting to see all the posts with hashtag #bestnine2017 because you get to look at everyone’s highlights of the year in one photo 😊) Keep going. Stay positive.
Last day of 2017, I made this Amazing snacks for myself. It was not only combined with two of my favorite snacks—nut mixed and dark chocolates, but also coconut flakes and dried figs💕 So so good!! And it’s so easy to make:

1. Temper the chocolate of your choice in the microwave until it’s melted and fluid.

2. Pour the chocolate to the waxed paper and add dried fruits or nuts of your choice.
3. While the chocolate is still wet, you can sprinkle coconut flakes or sea salt flakes or even cinnamon if you like.
4. Allow the bark to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Once set, break it into small pieces by hand. Store your chocolate bark in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Enjoy and Happy New Year! 🎊 😉
