I must agree with all of the comments about overcharging. On 24 October I purchased a ticket from Bangkok to Male. Air Asia charged me three times for the one ticket. Despite multiple emails and messages there is still no response and certainly no refund. Perhaps that is how they pay for the birthday celebration by over charging customers and not refunding.

Hey @airasia, are you out of your mind? How can you put children seat below 3 years old separated from an adult/guardian in flight? I don't mind if I need to buy a seat if there are 2 adults separated. The fact that same booking number for mother and children and you separate the seat????? I could not believe this.

Where can I file a complain on flight AK6128 ? I’m suppose to rush over after my work to attend my best friend’s wedding dinner and yet I’m still stuck in KLIA2 for 3hours. Reason given by the crew is no captain for this flight.

#Airasia how about a little bit of customer service??! Flight has been delayed for almost 3 hours.Got that message right at the schedule departure time. OK Fine. 1 hour prior to departure now.. And yet there is no ground staff available at the counter. HEY we just need someone to answer our queries and update us with the latest news. AND YOU KEEP US WAITING LIKE A FOOL NOW! Flight delayed is very common in every airline but your airline has the worst record ever! Poor customer service and your air ticket isn't cheap to begin with!
I wonder why Airasia won an award with a poor customer service! Would like to file a complain against airasia also! I had a bad experience with airasia last Jan 4, 2017! And still have the trauma about it. Cant contact on their customer service hotline so I message CAB in regards to my concern. The worst experienced ever! Been into different airlines but im disappointed on airasia!
