The hubs and I have 2 more weeks left of @oxygenmagazine America’s Fittest Couple Challenge with @realheidipowell and @realchrispowell. We don’t get to workout together all the time, due to our schedules, but we still hold each other accountable. My goal for this challenge is to gain my pre-pregnancy strength back, which I feel like I’m achieving! 🙌🏻 We’re giving it all we got because of course we want to WIN! Today was my Leg Day! 👊🏻

This is such a delicious dip for apples, you guys have to try it. Recipe is from the @thetransformapp It’s filling so if you’re not used to eating a lot might want to cut the recipe in half. I typically eat this as a post workout or afternoon snack.

Calling all moms who pee your pants! Yes, you’re not reading this wrong, I said, “pee your pants!” Yep, when you laugh, cough, sneeze, jump, run... You gotta check out @iconundies. I’m grateful one of my mom friends shared these cute “underwear with a purpose” (that’s what I like to call them) with me. I’m spreading the word and sharing with you! They sell full booty (top) and thongs (bottom), keep you odor-free and dry (hold 6-8 teaspoons of pee), they’re cute and comfortable. This is nothing to be embarrassed or feel ashamed about. Us mama’s need to talk about this stuff and support one another. So if ya want to give leakage the middle finger, piss off with #iconundies 🙌🏻

Who’s with me? Cardio can be sooo boring! 🙄I usually do intervals of different plyometric exercises and only for 15-20 minutes, but I hit it hard. What do you do to spice up your cardio? Shirt from @athletic.armory

My low carb, I don’t feel like cooking healthy meal! 😂 You really can make a good meal in less than 30 minutes! Popped this in my oven for 20 minuets on 375.

I was doing a pull-up program but since I was traveling over the holidays I stopped due to not having access to a pull-up bar. After my leg day workout I decided to see how many I could do...still at 7! Time to start my pull-up program again. Hoping to get to 15 in the next 3 months....GOALS! Excuse my heavy breathing 🤣

Only have 15-20 minutes to workout? Set a timer and do 10 reps each of these exercises. Start the New Year off right and get your body moving! 👊🏻

I’ve lived in my neighborhood for over 3 years and I’ve never been on this nature walk! It’s right around the corner from my house. We’ve been missing out! lol Having fun exploring with my boys. Thanks @amcilione for mentioning this to me.

We traveled from Oahu to CA then to KS for the holiday season AND we got the FLU! I had grand plans to continue working out (we did get to the first 2 days of vacation) but that all came to a halt. My boys have never been this sick! The flu sucked the life out of us and messed up lots of our holiday plans. Really makes me think about our health and how important it is...without it you have nothing.

I guess if I want to look at the bright side, the flu kept me from overeating all the holiday goodies around me! 😂 #positivemindset

We’re not fully acclimated to this chilly weather #islandpeople but we decided to workout outdoors today. Figured we’d work up a good sweat doing 20 minutes of As Many Rounds As Possible of 10 Burpees and 10 each leg Reverse Lunges. Not going to be able to workout tomorrow so getting it in when we can. 👊🏻@robertmyer80

We’re traveling over the holiday season but we’re still getting in our workouts. No gym, NO PROBLEM! Yesterday we did a 12 minute As Many Rounds As Possible of 5 Pirate Push-ups, 10 Lying Knee to Elbow and 15 Squats all in my dads living room with the kiddos running around. You Can Do It too! 😉@robertmyer80
