I laughed out loud~ vampire diaries was my go-to for “mom time” in the living room while stretching and snacking a couple years ago. Enjoy these sweet moments/days~ there’s nothing quite like the postpartum period after the first baby 💗 as hard as it was I look back on those days with so much love

Nursing and pumping takes a huge toll on your body! (I’m going on 2 years nursing and pumped for a year, it was so hard.) You’re doing great though! You have to take care of yourself first in order to help care for that sweet little baby! Congrats on becoming a mama! It’s the best ever! ❤️

I had a strong asana practice before my little boy came along (also c section) 2 years after his birth I've never felt stronger. I took it real slow but getting to know my body again was humbling and exciting. Motherhood changes everything on levels I could have never imagined 🙏💞 Looking forward to joining you on your journey ✌

Oh i am having my challenges with breastfeeding as well. With the constant nursing and pumping, a good hot shower is my me time for now😝

You had a C-section and are moving around like nothing?!Lolz. You amaze me woman! I am so happy you had a safe delivery and a safe return home and that baby is doing well congratulations.
I'm also one month post partum as of this past Friday and just started doing my yoga routines again and it is the most liberating/ uplifting feeling after what feels like ages of being chained to my couch or a chair to nurse my son. Thankfully he is doing amazing and I think is slightly amused by mommy's new activity :)

Nice for sharing your post-partum journey with us. It isn’t easy to recover after a c-section, plus pumping and nursing. It is good that you add some time for gentle exercises in your mommy daily routine and move those adhesions from the c-section scar tissue.
Wow! I am so amazed at all of the progress that you've been making post pregnancy, especially after having a c-section. So inspiring!
