Can you tell me why you have hundreds of paying passengers stranded at Bali airport with no type of accommodation or help for the customers. Your staff lacks customer service skills, they aren’t helpful AT ALL, and quite frankly they have been rude.

Let’s use this page to show what consumers can do..post your grievances here so that they don’t take things lightly. The effort shown by employees of lion air are incredible. 100 times better than that of Air asia. Air asia management is useless and terrible. notification comes late and when i checked, some of the passengers didn’t even get the notification. If you have other alternatives, please don’t choose air asia. They’re getting complacent and the look like zombies. The office opens up late. Seriously, if things like this happens again, you’re in for a nightmare and a roller coaster ride that makes you go crazy. This company is like a leech. Their insurance coverage is shit. You might as well don’t sign up for the travel insurance.

Problems and hiccups happen a lot in life..but please communicate. Such a lousy company when it comes to handling issues. DON’T travel with Air Asia.
What worst Customer service in India? For my refund, I have to call them 10 times and everytime false promises that it will be refunded in 48 hours, it took 30 days for them to process an escalated refund request. Use Indigo when flying in India.

rubbish AIRLINE! POOR customer service. damage baggage and claimed u have to buy their insurance. i will expect scratches or dent but not abused my baggage and cause puncture hole on it! RUBBISH AIRLINE ever!
