Mix up your breakfast routine and try a tofu scramble! Add some colorful veggies and you’ll get a blast of protein in the morning. It’s been a nice break from eggs even though I love me some 🍳 but this is just as good and perfect for all my plant eating peeps ✌🏻
Vegan Mac N’ Cheese just because. 🧀 I used gluten free pasta too so it’s a double whammy. All it takes is a sweet potato, nutritional yeast, almond milk, seasoning, and that’s it, you’re pretty much done. Enjoy the same cheesy deliciousness without the dairy, yo. 🤤

Who doesn’t love sugar? “Sugar is okay to eat. But it’s a recreational drug. I mean, I love tequila but I’m not going to have a glass of tequila in my hand for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” Perfectly stated by Mark Hyman during #mindbodygreen Revitalize conference. Treating yourself is okay. But sugar has become so seductive and is in almost everything we eat nowadays. This is why there is such a ginormous increase in obesity, Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive impairment, skin issues, nervous system decline, and so much more. Sugar is okay, but treat it as a night out with some friends, not an every meal thing. So to treat yo self, try my banana chocolate chip skillet that I only used bananas as my sugar base and less than 1/2 cup of dark chocolate loaded with antioxidants. Presented my FIRST workshop tonight! Ah public speaking 😰 I loved every minute of it though. It was called “ Brain Fit” and explained how changing our eating habits, supplement routine, and lifestyle can help prevent brain fog, obesity, and Alzheimer’s disease. This Sunday calls for a warm brussel sprout salad with baked butternut squash, shallots, and pumpkin seeds. Simple, quick, healthy, and delicious. It’s still Fall ya’ll! 😆
We have a challenge going on at work that for 7 days straight we need to write down what we are thankful for and share it with each other and our patients. It made a lot of us realize that it shouldn’t be a “challenege” but rather something we remember to do everyday. Everyday is a gift, and I’m thankful for my family, my friends, my health, waking up this morning, the sun, breath, mountains, nature, and the list goes on. Sometimes it’s the simplest things. Im also SO thankful for the people i met on here and that includes @eatyourhe.art.out ! So i made her yummy oatmeal cocoa muffins. What are you thankful for? ❤️💕🤠 #thankfulforitall

Under construction at the moment but today i got to see my first real office space that I’ll be sharing with one of my co workers. I’ll be the functional medicine nutritionist in the first holistic center opening in Asheville end of next month! Life’s tough, make a smoothie. On the days when my body and mind are feeling way too run down, i try my best to reconnect with my grounding place. And thats when i ask myself “ what have i been doing this week to feel this way?” For me, ingesting more greens ( like this green shake here), slowing down, remembering my breath is my anchor; does it for me. What’s your go-to grounding space and/or thoughts? I’d love to hear 💕
These paleo doughnuts got me likeee🤤 added some carob chips and drizzled with cashew butter because why not? My co workers will be very happy today!
Recipe
1 box of @simplemills almond flour vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/3 cup of water
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of carob chips
Drizzle that izzle of cashew butter however much you like!
Mix wet ingredients first then add in cake mix and cinnamon. Pour onto a greased donut mold. Sprinkle carob chips on top ( they will fall to the bottom while baking) Bake at 350 for 25 min.

Happy Halloween! I made these dark chocolate pumpkin almond butter cups and you can too! Super simple made with only whole ingredients and no added sugars! #healthyhalloween
4oz of 72% dark chocolate
1-2 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of almond butter
1/2 can of organic unsweetened pumpkin
Melt chocolate under very low heat until melted. Place a small amount on the bottom of each mold in your silicon cup mold. Next layer would be to add a small dab of pumpkin, followed by another layer of melted chocolate and topped with a small dollop of almond butter on top. Freeze overnight and enjoy!

To show my ❤️ I whipped up this #glutenfree gingerbread with some homemade cashew cream drizzle and dairy free chocolate chips by my favorite humans @enjoylifefoods .. might have went a little overboard with the cinnamon cause #itsfallyall
2 cups oat flour (grind this from gluten-free oats)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup maple syrup
2/3 cup coconut milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
Cashew cream recipe
1 cup Soaked cashews
1 can of unsweetened coconut milk
Pinch of maple syrup
Pinch of vanilla
Blend in food processor and let it sit in fridge for a few hours till it thickens.
Obsessed with this @traderjoeslist chili lime seasoning! Goes perfectly with my white bean and avocado dip (recipe up now on my site!) along with my fav @sietefoods #grainfree tortilla chips. Sugh a simple recipe packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats! 🙏🏻🍑🥑🥑🥑

You guys.. the softest, tastiest, and (healthy)muffin I think I ever put together! I used garbanzo bean flour ( chickpea) 1 banana, chia egg, and of course my fav @enjoylifefoods dairy free choc chips. Cheers to healthy complex carbs packed with added protein and fiber. Skip the pastries and try this, your body will thank you ;)
Full recipe below 👇🏻
1 1/2 cup of garbanzo bean flour
1tsp of baking soda
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup of palm shortening
2 chia egg
1tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of enjoy life choc chips
Bake at 350 for 12-14 min! Serving them warm is best :)
