Always make breakfast your biggest meal of the day. Be sure to include a protein and eat whole grains to sustain you until your snack. I also included some flax seed meal on top of my whole grain toast. Bonus tip: use a small plate to trick your brain into thinking you have a lot more than you actually do. #healthyeating #healthtips
