Another shot with Fujifilm X100S. A compact and powerful one for street snaps.

Simple landscape can make you feel the peace of mind.
How’s your weekend going? I guess it is a nice place to spend a Sunday.
Current mood is going back to slightly 1 year ago, where all the trees were dead. Throwback to the trip at Japan.

Frustration comes from work. What is the meaning of life? What is the true meaning of happiness?

He walks at the corridor and looks at the ground. What a way to recall the past memory in an ordinary evening.
The most happy time is not any single time in the past. It all depends on your mind. Though in general the childhood times were much happier than now.

The beauty of abstract and inclarity. Just like things behind a mist - you do not see through it then you retain your ideal imagination on it.
Sunday is supposed to be a colourful and sunny day.

Beautiful portrait for the lovely cat.
On my way back home, I saw him sitting alone in the street. This gave me a strong feeling of solitude. Luckily I had my camera with me and I did a quick snap. The power of image is beyond words.

What do you expect life to be after one whole hectic day at work?
Some asked me why I always take pictures on these people. I think a city’s true face is not borne by the beautiful side but rather the ordinary hectic lives of these people. There’s no fantasy in my view - I wanna reflect the reality more.

How’s the weekend going? Cheese and wine might be a good option to enjoy the Saturday.
Layers of architectures from old to new - what I refer to as transition.
I know I could not get closer to take the shot. But as I observe the man, it seems that he has lots of emotions hidden from his gesture. Maybe recalling the good old days at the same place? Perhaps I should talk to my subjects next time.

I used to think 35mm is perfect for street snaps. But if I don’t go for cropping, it would seem that 50mm highlight the subject and fulfil my story telling intent more.
