InstantPot Cioppino (0SP) with a side of 2-ingredient bread (3SP) 🥘👩🏻‍🍳

• 1 bag Trader Joe’s seafood blend (frozen)
• 1 can diced tomatoes • 1/2 can tomato sauce (about 8oz)
• 1/4 onion diced
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 1-2 bay leaves
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp better than bouillon diluted in 1/2 cup water (or 1/4 cup veggie broth, or even white wine)
• Salt and pepper to taste ——————————————
Coat the pot with cooking spray and sauté the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Throw in all the ingredients, including the frozen seafood blend, and set to manual for 10 minutes. Quick release when done. Enjoy with crispy bread. 🥖

Ok I finally figured out what to do with my hands. 💁🏻‍♀️ Also, I am obsessed with cheap workout clothes from Amazon. I now refuse to buy anything more expensive than like $15. Is that bad? Am I part of the problem?
