Breakfasts: 3 pasture raised eggs and @twrgrassfedbeef polish sausages and @wrights_of_texas salsa. @califiafarms almond milk, @chameleoncoldbrew and @vitalproteins collagen peptides coffee. Iced black americano and water at a client meeting.
Dinner: Chicken Pad Thai round 2.
Notes: Unfortunately I am no longer doing the Whole30. I had an all day client meeting where we were taken out to lunch and although I had requested my lunch with only the foods allowed, the kitchen messed up my order and it had all of the foods I couldn't have. And yes, I could have gone out of my way to send the food back, but I couldn't be/wasn't comfortable being that person especially at a client lunch. So although I was as compliant as I could be in that situation, Whole30 is over for me for this month. However, I do feel like the 11 whole days I was on the program did allow my body to do a reset. I will continue to eat Whole30/paleo for the rest of the month and still limit my sugar intake. I hope that although I did not complete a whole Whole30, this gave you an idea of what the program is like, what you can eat and what the program can do for you. You have to be prepared, and what happened today made me realize what I'm comfortable and uncomfortable with. I'm not at the point where I'm comfortable turning back food at a restaurant at a business lunch, but next time I might be. After being so strict for 11 days reintroducing food will be tough and I already feel guilty trying tonight. Good luck to all of those still doing @whole30, these next few days are the hardest. Breakfasts: @califiafarms almond milk, @chameleoncoldbrew and @vitalproteins olla gen peptide coffee. Still keeping me satiated all morning. Sweet potato, @twrgrassfedbeef Polish sausage hash and fried eggs with avocado. Note: the egg on the left is pasture raised, the right is a conventional egg. The darker the yolk the more nutritious and happier the chicken is!
Lunches: Girl date at Local table with @_kbaldwin grilled chicken and beef kabobs with steamed veggies. Lunch date with mom @rudysbbq 1/2 a smoked chicken and unsweet tea
Dinner: Grilled marinated flank steak, over cauli/broccoli Mexican rice @goodfoods guac and fresh tomatillo avocado salsa. Sweet potato Shepherds pie.
Water:40 oz slackerrrr
Notes: •Super bloated! •Super irritable because of girl time and lack of sugar. •On Friday's I'm pretty swollen anyway until I take my Enbrel shot does is start going down •Sweets cravings get really bad after dinner. I try to drink a lot of water or have a small piece of fruit. It's still not a brownie though 😒•Poor hubs has gotten more than a few sugar rage snaps. Sorry, boo! •Energy is back up •Sleep is solid •Prepping for a trip next weekend out of town. First time while on Whole30. Wish us luck!

Breakfast: @califiafarms almond milk, @chameleoncoldbrew vanilla cold brew & @vitalproteins collagen peptides. It keeps me full most of the morning and don't need to eat much 🤷🏻‍♀️
Lunches: Left overs - Day 7 (not pictured) left over meat sauce with veggies. Left over chicken "parm" and roasted potatoes.
Dinner: Baked chicken "parm" and Caesar salad with @tessemaes creamy Caesar dressing. Grilled steak and roasted veggies (only ate half, left overs for lunch tomorrow)
Notes: •Exhausted! •Bloated and Tired. Y'all, girl time ain't no joke. Sorry for not giving you a baby, body, damn. •Cravings in full force. I just want a warm brownie and ice cream you guys. •Not drinking enough water, for sure. I can feel it. •I just need a nap and a brownie and a nap. Just 3 more weeks to go...

Lunches: @wholefoods lunch date with Mom and dad -shredded chicken, egg and veggies over greens with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. BAS - aka Big Ass Salad: @safecatchfoods tuna, @pedersonsfarms bacon, roasted leftover broccoli and @tessemaes ranch with lemon juice. Both with watermelon
Dinner: Meat sauce with sweet potatoes, carrots and ground beef over zucchini noodles. Chicken Pad Thai - not pictured because it was devoured before we could take a picture
Notes: •No energy, bloated & nauseous - probably related to "that time" •Still no cravings •I still have achy joints - come on Texas enough with the rain. I'm definitely in need of some Vitamin D.
Now to finally watch Beauty and the Beast before bed

Breakfasts: Grilled steak and veggie egg cup, leftover smoked turkey over greens. Tuna salad with hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, lemon juice and @primalkitchenfoods mayo over greens
Lunches: Green chile pork @torchystacos and @topochicousa on a girls lunch with my mom. Not pictured @twrgrassfedbeef polish dog over lettuce and watermelon.
Dinners: Leftover green chile chicken with roasted broccoli over greens with ranch. Deconstructed burgers with @pedersonsfarms bacon and avocados.
Water: 60+ oz each day.
Notes: •Still not having the crazy cravings I was having last round. Things look good and appetizing but the feeing generally passes. •I've felt my joints a little more than usual it could be the changes in pressure with all of the rain we've been getting. •Chin breakouts have subsided -for now. •Sleep schedule is still normal •Not as bloated today
Meals have been planned and groceries purchased before the huge deluge we had today. Here's to another week!
