I need to publicly thank my best friend and soulmate for being the most wonderful, helpful, and supportive person during one of the most challenging times in my life. Many of you know but some of you don’t, I had a traumatic birth experience that ended in an emergency c-section. Afterwards I was in too much pain to take care of myself, let alone Ollie, so it was up to him to take care of us both. Through it all he never complained and had the most patience. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you @marcmc1313. Thank you so much for all you continue to do for me and Ollie! We love you💕

Crazy how fast life can throw a curveball at you. The pic on the left was taken Saturday evening after a workout to blow off some steam. The pic on the right was taken roughly 24 hours later after I had spent many hours in the hospital. **I'm fine and home now** but waking up with a pain in my abdominal-area had me heading for the hospital, unable to stand, by around 2:30pm. The pain was unlike anything I've ever experienced, even sitting up would cause so much pain I would vomit. Increasingly dehydrated and in excruciating pain, it took two IV bags of morphine and fluid to finally feel human again. After several tests, they had it narrowed down to two probable causes. I had to return to the hospital in the morning for further testing (I was given the option to stay but decided to spend the night at home, although we were told to come back immediately if the pain returned) but felt I'd be more comfortable at home, even if it was just for a couple of hours. In the end, my body was struggling to pass a kidney stone. The sweating and vomiting from the pain had made the situation that much worse and it was physically the worst pain of my life 🤦🏼‍♀️ I've spent the last two days resting and letting my body recover but I wanted to say a sincere 'thank you' to the doctor and nurses at the hospital in Ajax. 💜 They took me seriously and didn't dismiss the pain (although I guess being borderline delusional, pale, sweating, and throwing up are also pretty good hints lol). Shoutout to the Bells as well who drove me to the hospital and stayed with me as Adam got out of work 💞So yeah. Listen to your body kids. I try to be as healthy and active as I can but the body works in mysterious ways. Make sure you listen to yours and put your health first 🙏🏻🌸
