O que é rest pause? É um método intenso de treinamento. Você executa um movimento com carga alta até a falha,descansa 10 segundos e executa de novo. Faz isso 4 ou 5 vezes. Isso é uma série. No treino de hoje eu usei esse método na cadeira Extensora e no Leg Press. Nos dois aparelhos eu fiz 4 x até a falha com 1 min de descanso. E a minha quinta série em ambos os exercícios eu usei o método rest Pause. Fiz a ultima série Rest Pause. Entenderam? ➡️ Leg Press:4 x até a falha descansando 1 min entre as series + 1 x rest pause (4 x até a falha descansando 10 segundos). 🇺🇸
➡️What is Rest Pause training? Rest-pause training breaks down one set into several mini-sets, with a short rest between each. Depending on the difficulty of the weight you choose, and what you're using this method for, you can take one of two approaches.
In this exercise and in the Leg curl I did 4 x until fails with 1 min rest + 1 x rest Pause ( 4 x until fails with 10 seconds rest ).

Want a back so big you can see it from the front? 😏 Do this your next back day!

If your goal is to get a wider back you need to do one of two things. 1️⃣Wide grip pull ups or 2️⃣ Wide grip lat pull downs.
.
If you're not strong enough to do pull ups use an assisted machine or just do the lat pulldowns. .
When executing this exercise it's very important to chose a weight that you can control and that you're not swinging with.
.
The best way to get the most bang for your buck is to focus on the contraction I.E. bringing your elbows in as close as you can to your body after the "stretching" eccentric movement. .
Having the controlled movement paired with a focused contraction will give you a pump like never before!! .
