FIRST TIME EVER! Overhead squatting with more than just a bar, safe to say it felt pretty hard specifically on my right wrist which has been causing me some agro as of late, especially with my handstands, quite happy with it though considering I’d done quite a bit of Power endurance cycling (lactic acid training) this morning. It was really nice that a Mum came with her 2 daughters to spend some quality time together 💪💪💪!!! Great work ladies!

Friday night is gains night for @clairebaron1 Amazing work from Claire, first session she has had working on some ring push up variations and she pulls out 3 archer push up progression reps unaided!!! This girl works hard and everything we work on she does with excellent form 👌🏼👌🏼 Made my night helping her with "the cool stuff" she wants to learn 👍🏼😁 If you want to start your calisthenics journey or want to find out more about it, drop me a DM 👍🏼

Another brilliant conditioning class @lmotionstudios after a 4mile morning run. Three sets of one circuit comprising of 8 stations. What I thought was the easiest station of 30 seconds of hanging from a bar, ended up being the most challenging!! Absolutely love the variety of this class and breaking down movements to target and recruit key functional muscles 👌🏻💪🏻. 今日はボディコンディショニング。朝のランの後とても良かったです。

Part of yesterday’s training session. Heaviest Db’s 35kg in the gym for 4sets of 12 - Last set shown. You’ll notice however that I’m not going too deep as I lower them. Im keeping constant tension on the pec muscle and not just dropping the weight into my shoulders.
