Healthy Thanksgiving side alternative, try this yummy grilled tofu with almond green beans

Ingredients
12oz tofu
6 cups green beans
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried basil
1 garlic clove crushed
2 tbsp. almond flakes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. coconut oil
_
Method
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the tofu with paprika, basil and garlic for a few minutes on each side or until cooked
_
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a non-stick saucepan over low temperature and cook the beans with almond flakes for 7 minutes or so, stirring occasionally
_
Serve & Enjoy .
