One of my favorites for the booty 🍑 #hipthrust •To start off I did 3 sets of light weight x 12-15 reps thennn the real fun began and I did 5 sets of 8x255lbs. Every set I did a little but slower. By the last set it was super controlled and slow and held up for a couple seconds each rep. Yeaa your ass will feel like it's on fire 🔥
