My manager told me on Saturday that he changed the order in which he got dressed to change things up so we could get out of the little rut we were in. It got me to thinking 🤔. I decided to change up my chest workout routine to get out of the little rut I’ve been in. Instead of doing flat dumbbell first in my routine, I did it last! Shown below is set #15, 100’s for 5 reps, normally I can get 7-8 reps on set #5! If your in a little rut change things up to get back on track to achieving your goals! Always learning from observing others!

Community at its finest. This class was two, then we joined making it four and now it’s so full we have to book our bikes a week in advance. I’m proud of its growth for the Y and the instructor!!!!
