For this Disney trip we tried out a few new restaurants (but it’s always so hard to not go back to your favorites)
Monsieur Paul is located in the France pavilion of Epcot, now of course I forgot to take pictures of the other courses but I think they’ll understand, everything was so delicious but dessert was really the star here!
To start I had the salad which the chef was able to make with gluten free croutons and we just left the cheese off- it was very good, I loved that all the components were diced up nice and small so that you were able to really get all the flavors in each bite. For my main I had the pork belly, it did bring me right back to Paris as we had a similar dish at one of our favorite restaurants in likely the world, fish. I think the only thing they motified was the milk in the mashed potatoes and I would highly recommend ordering it
Now onto the star, so I do have a bit of a sweet tooth, combine that with prednisone (which always has me craving more sweets), DIsney/Vacation and the fact that they created an entire dessert to be gluten and dairy free there was so way I was saying no! Usually when we’re at a restaurant and we talk about the deserts that are gluten and dairy free, I get “we have sorbet” (nothing against sorbet) so when the waiter told me that they created an entire dessert to be gluten and dairy free I was blown away.. First off we start with chocolate (my love language), a chocolate shell to be exact, filled with chocolate mouse (dairy free of course) and topped with raspberries and raspberry sorbet (swoon) truly this was a big highlight (in case you were unsure) not just because there was an option that I could safely eat and feel good about but also because it was so freaking delicious.

I can swim in this sauce. I thought the fish scales made of thinly sliced potatoes piled together was ingenious. Flaky and sweet, this was definitely a joy to eat!
