Putting anything in your coffee that spikes your insulin (different for every individual) might give you cravings and make you hungry and tired.
By putting a healthy fat such as butter, mct or brain octane oil, coconut oil, or ghee in your coffee, you’re getting a better fuel. -
Our brains and bodies prefer fat as fuel. ⛽️ and coffee can give you the right kind of energy without the jitters, without the crash, and without needing more later in the day!

Being confident means being self-assured. Being sure about what you’re capable of doing or who you are. This doesn’t mean that people who are confident have no fear!
Fear is good.
Fear is healthy.
Fear tells you that you’re human!
If you had no sense of fear about something, then you’ve either already conquered that fear or you need to move on. You’re not growing. You’re stagnant!
Having confidence means that you are able to face those fears and know that even if you fall flat on your face, you’ll survive. You know that failure is not death. It’s not total defeat because you can get back up again.
Take the energy you have from your fears and put it into action today.
Reach out to that friend or family member you’ve been avoiding, make the appointment you’ve been putting off, sign up for that course that you know you need to take etc.

Just got this monster in last week. Between hitting this bag, keeping my balance from the added weight, and checking on if Wilson hasn’t taken off after a rabbit...I’d say getting back in shape is going well. #ringside #newaddition #garagegym
