Energy. It Flows through us and is all around us. What you do daily - physically, in how you exercise, work, sleep, pleasure, dietary intake - all these things effect the flow of prana in your body.
Lately my life has been changing and routines are being disturbed. I have found myself feeling awake mentally and physically yet energetically drained. Irregular routines can do that. When you start to feel the depletion of energy - observe and respect yourself. Depletion can ware down the body enough for vulnerability leading to sickness, disease and metabolic issues. Take notes.
