Make sure to stretch before and after your trainings. Its an important process to prevent injuries and also helps you to activate your muscles much better and have a better control over your muscles, but remember too much of stretch is not good either and you might not be able to lift heavy than usuals. What i do is i start with SMR ( self myofascial release or foam rolls ) then static and active stretching and on some training days like leg days i have my roller with me and i roll the muscle between the sets. Try it, it helps to have a much better blood flow when you roll your muscle between the sets and u dont get that much sore the next day! Its a proven science too. 😜✌️
