Based on my height sometimes I think I should be lifting more. But I’m the kind of person who likes to master the weight before jumping 🆙⬆️. During the past couple of months I’ve been splitting my weekly routines between stability training exercises and strength training. I’m feeling #stronger. #Tip: Always focus on form instead of weight, and don’t forget to breathe 😀

The more successful you are, the more hate you'll receive. It sucks. But that's life. Don't let it take your energy, use it as fuel to better yourself...

Dumbbell Curls(isolation)
Being seated throughout this exercise allows you to entirely isolate your bicep muscle.
No swaying. No back engagement. No bs. Straight isolation.
I'll often see, people using their back or shoulders in curling motions, not only will this not engage your arm as much you have the potential to do so, but can also lead to injury.
Stay strict. Choose a weight that allows you to maintain a full range of motion. In general, always choose form over weight. Master your form and the strength will come with it.

Taking recovery seriously over here! 💪🏻 As a newbie runner (since April 2017) one of the hardest lessons I’ve learned: recovery days and taking it slow are SO important. Both in terms of mileage (a 200+ mileage month 2 weeks post marathon? Bad idea!) and having easy days. Maybe you were right, @josephsiefers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ After 3 weeks off due to injury, you’ll be seeing a lot of recovery and a lot of easy breezy miles over here as I build back to my 50-60 MPW base.

After my early morning yoga class at 6:45 am I am still in my gym doing some poses which will lead me to strong hand stand . This pose is for my teacher @mankejan .Trying to keep my balance without the mirrors. Hard but fun when you get to it. #balance #strenght #scorpionpose #inversion #funandpleasure#
