Pozisyonda rahat oldugunuzda yavasca ellerinizi one dogru ilerletin. Ayaginizin sirt kisminin yerde oldugundan, dizlerinizin kalca genisliginde acik oldugundan ve dolayisiyla kalcanizin altinda olsugundan, ellerinizin omuz genisliginde acik oldugundan emin olun. Ve en onemlisi kalbinizi acmaya hazir olun // Yogatimestudio's march challenge Day 1: uttanahishosana or puppy pose. Stay in this pose about 30 sec. and continue to breathe. As you exhale feel that your heart opens deeper and deeper. If you don't feel comfortable, bend your elbows and bring your arms under your shoulders. When you feel good, walk forwards with your hands and extend your pose. Make sure your feet's back is on the floor, your knees are hip wide and thus under your hips, and your arms are shoulder wide. DAY 1: #SplitHandstandPose (Hanuman Adho Mukha Vrksasana)

1) From Downward Facing Dog pose, walk your feet forwards until your shoulders align directly over your wrists. Firm your shoulder blades against the back by pulling them toward tailbone. Rotate your upper arms outward, to keep the shoulder blades broad, and hug your outer arms inward. Spread your palms and press the fingers firmly against the floor.

2) Extend one leg as high as possible. Keep pressing down through the hands and extending through the arms. On exhale, hop off the grounded foot and engage your deep abdominal muscles to help lifting hips over shoulders. Hop up and down like this several times, each time pushing off the floor a little higher.

3) Work towards finding balance, using the legs as counterbalance. The top leg will reach overhead and the other leg reaches in the opposite direction. Stay energized through the entire body and trust the process. Dare to take a leap of faith and see what happens! Stay calm and breathe deeply.
