kissinkrstn DAY TWO: #ShadesOfHealth :) How do I stay fit?

Exercise DAILY! Everyday you should be doing something to help benefit you. This is the ONLY body you'll ever have!
Here are four tips!

1. TAKE THE STEPS OVER THE ELEVATOR! “My floor is very high up.” Take the stairs to floor one or two, then catch the elevator for the rest. Each day increase the amount of flights you walk until you can walk up ALL of them! You can do it!

2. WALK/RUN TO THE PLACES YOU'D DRIVE TO “Its out of the distance.” Do a little each day. Walk around your block once today, twice tomorrow, ect.! Set a goal and reach it. You can do it! *RUNNERS, for days of recovery remember that long distances runs do build muscle!
3. CLEAR YOUR MIND!
Take your parents, friends, children, ect. for a walk! Increase communication between yourself and your loved ones! By yourself? Think about different things you can improve on and the things that you love about yourself. Stay POSITIVE.
4. PRAY AND MEDITATE!
Philippians 4:13! Meditate often and think about yourself and what you want to improve on. Set goals and achieve them!
