crystal_eatlivewell What to do with the leftover wonton wrappers from last weekend - healthy mini pumpkin pies! Wonton wrappers are an inexpensive little item to keep in your kitchen, yet so versatile! Ingredients
Wonton wrappers

Filling:
1 cup homemade pumpkin purée
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions:
1. In a small bow, combine the filling ingredients and mix together well.
2. Spoon a small amount of pumpkin pie filling into the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of each wonton with a bit of water. Fold the wonton wrappers in half, pressing the edges to seal.
3. Add a little bit of olive on each wonton and air fryer them for 10 minutes at 150degree C.
4. Garnish with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
For those of you who don't have an air fryer at home can bake or pan fry the wontons instead Have a good weekend!
