shansx I have a 30 day workout challenge called No Excuses, going with my kettlebell class and some of my training clients. We have a private FB page and every morning I post a workout for them to complete. I completed my #noexcuses challenge after my deadlifting session. It had my core and shoulders feeling some kind of way! The challenge is a 10 to 1 ladder. 10 crunches, followed by 1 push up. 9 crunches, 2 push ups, 8 crunches, 3 push ups, and so on. Doesn't sound too bad, but those push-ups start getting you at the end!

t_fit99 Swiss Ball Pike Pushups: Just started doing these 3 weeks ago. This was a pretty challenging exercise for me, especially with the balancing part, but I'm getting better at it. I need to start holding the pike for 3-5 seconds before coming down....This targets your abs, shoulders, arms and chest. I am doing 2 sets of 15...30-45-sec rest inbtwn. But I def didn't start at 15 three wks ago!!!! Try it & Lmk how u like! 1mon

365dayzoffit The weekend grind. Intense Abs & Cardio session. I needed that! We may wanna puke and we're a little hurt but Man that was epic!!
