tammy_fit99 Swiss Ball Pike Pushups: Just started doing these 3 weeks ago. This was a pretty challenging exercise for me, especially with the balancing part, but I'm getting better at it. I need to start holding the pike for 3-5 seconds before coming down....This targets your abs, shoulders, arms and chest. I am doing 2 sets of 15...30-45-sec rest inbtwn. But I def didn't start at 15 three wks ago!!!! Try it & Lmk how u like! 1w

khollerfitsisters So tonight I did day 4 of the #fbc15 then I still had energy from my @cellucor pre workout so I added in #bbg arms and abs pre training week 1... I was dead! I for got how long the BBG 7 mins were then I got the crazy workout pony hairstyle going on haha 2mon
