refit_fitness Sunday's are usually my cardio long cardio days with very minimal weights... If any. I believe I did pretty well today. 15 min run on 6.2 mph, 5 min walk on 3.2 mph. 10 min run on 6.5 mph, back to 5 min walk. N lastly, 5 min run on 7.0 mph then 5 min walk. Burned 1,228 calories with the incline on 2.0. This cycle was done TWICE! Along with 300 push-ups and 500 sit-ups. #SUNDAYCARDIO #REFIT #GOTITIN #WHATYOUDOTODAY #REFITFITNESS #REFITNATION #IMTIRED Time to go home, lay in the bed n watch #NETFLIX 3w
