Lift your legs and your arms at the same time, as you lower your arms do the same with your legs BUT make it more difficult by not touch the floor. Do 3 reps of 12!

Top pictures are from day 1 of the 24 Day Challenge, middle are from day 11 (after phase 1), bottom pictures are this morning #day20.
I've eaten 90% clean during phase 2, MAX Phase. So, yeah, I have had broccoli cheddar soup and a half of a sandwich from Panera Bread and I've also had Queso Dip from a Mexican Restaurant, but that's about it. I've wanted cake here and there but have not given into temptation. If I keep wanting it though, I'm just gonna do it. Nom nom nom. Bc I'm human, come on.
