  •   cowabungabodybuilding @afreshlaflare the way I breathe during my lifts like bench, squat, deads is a powerlifting technique...you breathe in before the rep, hold your breathe during the rep, and breathe out after, it's a way to stabilize the core of your body and brace before each lift, which actually allows you to generate more power and have a lot safer lift, preventing things like hernias and injuries to ligaments/tendons....
