thepantherswhiskers Well this was a funnnn morning - sampling drinks and discussing collaborations with @botaniclab - these are hands down the most interesting and delicious tonics/juices/mylks @crumblefood and I have ever come across. The Charcoal isotonic, Tonic 2 and Plant Milk 3 (with matcha, coconut water and coconut pulp - about to be released) are our favourites . fionalouisebflb Perfect lunch for me: carrot-ginger and pea soup with two eggs and a crisp bread ️ Can't get any healthier than this probably Carrot soup :
chop and cook 4-5 big carrots until they're really soft
add a few pieces of ginger as desired
purée it with a little bit of water (the water left in the pot from cooking)
season with salt, pepper and paprika
Pea soup :
cook ~200g peas (I used deep frozen ones)
purée them with a little bit of water
add 1tbsp herbal curd
season with salt & pepper ️ pour both soups into a bowl while separating the two halves with a small plate
️ garnish with herbal curd, sesame and sunflower seeds

yogamimmi Min gamla grodd låda i plast har gått sönder och det var ju bra, (försöker också att plastbanta @ekofamamilen ) för nu hittade jag denna variant på Hälsokraft i Norrtälje.
Den är tillverkad i Terrakotta vilket ger en perfekt miljö för groddar att växa i, eftersom den efterliknar den mörka växtmiljön som fröna har i jorden. Terrakottan gör också att groddarna får en jämn fuktighet och andas så att det inte blir unket. Jag är jättenöjd med den och rekommenderar den varmt.
