Anyway I am not taking the "hella busy day" excuse to skip lunch. I saw a post earlier with a slice of beef tomato so I really started craving it. So I'm having a FULL beef #tomato , with cheese, balsamic vinegar, squid, nuts, basil and salad (+ a crackerbread) for a verry #summery #lunchie
People are a bit annoying sometimes bc they are like "you should eat" but at the same time they keep being amazed or sometimes annoyed that I have to sit down and have proper meals at least three times a day. They don't understand that I can't skip meals anymore and I can't make excuses if I want to get better. But they can't understand that EDs are not even about food soooo...

deliziose_ricette Tartare di pomodoro
Ingredienti:
#pomodori 50 gr
fette di pancarré 4 -
germogli di porro -
germogli alfa alfa -
germogli affilla cress -
germogli blinq cress -
#maionese -
#yogurt greco -
sale -
pepe -
Preparazione: Per la ricetta della tartare di pomodoro, incidete i pomodori sul fondo, scottateli in acqua bollente, pelateli, tagliateli in 4 ed eliminate i semi. Tagliate poi i filetti in un battuto fine. Tritate insieme un cucchiaio di germogli di porro, uno di germogli alfa alfa e 20 g di germogli Affilla Cress mondati. Mescolateli con il pomodoro e pepate. Ritagliate con un tagliapasta (ø 9 cm) 4 dischi nelle fette di pancarré. Mescolate un cucchiaio di maionese con un cucchiaio di yogurt greco e spalmate il composto sui dischi di pane. Copriteli poi con il battuto di pomodoro, aiutandovi con il tagliapasta. After this good news I made myself the sweet patato with chili workout meal à la @thebodycoach from his book #leanin15 This chili is the perfect post workout refuel meal: full of carbs & protein. And super yummie!
I added some mushrooms, a pepper, oxo since I used turkey mince instead of beef and I absolutely loved the flavors I love the fact his recipes are so easily adjusts to whatever you like. You can swap whatever you don't like for something you love. #happydays!! I can't wait for his new voor to come out Next time I'll leave the carrots out though, haha, they did not go so well with the rest of the dish . Hope you all have a great day!

franwhitfield Fat arse salad for lunch today, those who know me knows this is a shock as I am not a salad fan AT ALL! But this creation I could deal with! Wholegrain pasta with tuna, cherry tomatoes and cucumber drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice on a bed of rocket and topped with feta!
