Top Left: Mole Verde with Shredded 'Chicken'

Top Right: Classic 'Street Style' Taco made with TVP and topped with the simple and classic Diced Onions, Chopped Cilantro and a slice of Lime

Bottom Left: Mole Rojo with shredded 'Chicken' with Sour Cream

Bottom Right: Classic Mole Negro with shredded 'Chicken' and Sour Cream.

girlyvegan I've heard quit a few people comment or say. How is so and so vegan if they're fat.. Or some vegans say they're not healthy or over weight. Of course too much of something processed is to much. If you eat a bunch of Oreos or fake fried chicken or fries ect you can gain a lot of weight.. Remember going vegan doesn't mean you'll lose weight. You need to still eat the proper amount and right amount of protein ect. Make sure you're eating veggies and fruits. Not all that process stuff. Our kidneys and livers will thank us later on. Hopefully I had some of you guys reading this. Hopefully the picture I posted caught a little bit of your attention. 6h

theveganhabit Acorn squash stuffed with quinoa and arugula. For the dressing I used olive oil, lemon juice, honey and black pepper and topped with walnuts. To cook the acorn squash, halve and bake at 400 F for 45 minutes. 7h
