Normal Vegan life in KSA

1& 1/2 cups short grain rice
1 small onion, peeled
spices (salt, peppercorns, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks) 1 cup rice or soy milk
3 cups water
Soak the rice in cold water for 30 minutes. place the peeled onion in a pot and cover with boiling water, add the pepper corns, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, cover the pot and cook on high heat for 15 minutes. remove the onion, peppercorns, cardamom pods and cinnamon sticks from the water. strain the rice and add it to the pot, cover the pot and cook on medium-high heat for 30 minutes, stir from time to time, add water if necessary. when the rice is done add the milk (and salt to taste), mix uncover and let cook for another 10 minutes, it should have a creamy thick consistency.
1 1/2 كوب ارز قصير الحبة
1 بصلة صغيرة مقشرة
بهارات (ملح، حبوب هيل وفلفل اسود، اعواد قرفة)
1 كوب حليب ارز او صويا
3 اكواب ماء
قم بنقع الأرز لمدة 30 دقيقة
ضع الماء في قدر على عالنار حتى الغليان، اضف البصلة كاملة مع حبوب الهيل والفلفل واعواد القرفة، يغطى ويطهى ل15 دقيقة
قم بأزالة البصلة وحبوب الهيل والفلفل والقرفة، ثم اضف الارز واتركه ليطهى على نار متوسطة مع تحريكه من فترة لاخرى (يضاف ماء عند الحاجة)
عند استواء الارز اضف الحليب والملح واتركه ليطهى ل10 دقائق على نار منخفضة مع التحريك، ليصبح قوام كثيف وكريمي.

selbstgemachtes Vegan: MUFFINS MIT ÜBERRASCHUNG (für 12 Muffins) ️300g Mehl
️150g Zucker
️3 TL Backpulver
️4 EL Kakaopulver
️1/2 TL Salz
️150ml Raps- oder Sonnenblumenöl ️250ml Wasser
️2 Handvoll Beeren, TK oder frisch
️12 Stück Zartbitterschokolade

Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig verrühren.
Jeweils 1 Kleks Teig in eine Muffinform geben. Darauf die Beeren und die Schokolade verteilen. Den restlichen Schokoteig darüber geben.
Bei 180 Grad ca. 25 Minuten Backen.
ICH HOFFE ES SCHMECKT EUCH! ️ Das Ganze kann man natürlich auch in ofenfesten Gläsern backen.
