beneficial_fitness Morning motivation!!! TGIF here's part of my Shoulder workout that I seen @ctthetrainer doing in one of his vids I had to give them a try. We started with just 10s on each side for 25 counting the front and the back press as 1 and then pyramid up adding 10s on each set dropping your reps as the weight increases. You get a Really dope pump! Try these out in your next workout and enjoy the rest of your day. #BeneficialFitness 16h

miacalla77 Just finished two hours of pole fitness and I feel like a million bucks. Weights, flexibity, cardio, strength and core building all in one. I get so excited at class when I can do something new and see how far I have come and how strong my body is. It is worth walking out of there drenched in sweat, with new bruises and calluses. An added bonus is the other women in the class, we support, encourage and celebrate each others victories. There is zero negativity.
