twinspire #lene: Went #bouldering with my coworker @r.t.randy_t today at #senderone gym!!! Super amazing place! They have bouldering, rope climbs, yoga, and fitness equipment, on top of their very own little obstacle course called funtopia! We tackled some V0-V1 climbs. Not easy, that's for sure. Definitely was a bigger gym compared to Rockreation but both have different things I like. Definitely going to go back here though and learn about some good bouldering technique. gogetters6 What are you thankful for this morning? I am thankful that I was able to do my 50-100 jump rope non stop.... after a long time. I remember I used to do it as a kid. There is still that kid factor within me in doing Jump ropes. Great for cardio and to loose unwanted calories faster. I am alternating between Yoga and Jump ropes now. "Jump rope challenge"
