fatgirlslimyorks I actually really enjoyed tonight's workout!!
35 minutes of interval training (1 min fast run / 30 seconds power walking) covering 5.25km (additional 2 mins & 0.19km is treadmill cool down)
Followed by 50 sit ups. The 30 day challenge stipulates that I've got to do 20 sit ups on Day 1, so I'm ahead of the game!

Feeling really good & even more chuffed to learn that all of that has earnt me 6 activity pro points too!

"Maybe 40." "How about 45?" "Sure you can't hang on for 50?" "Might as well just finish the hour, eh?" Evil!
